How It Works
Sense
Privacy-first IR sensors are mounted in ceilings to detect real-time occupancy. No cameras, no microphones, no personally identifiable data is ever collected.
Process
Sensor data is processed through our AI pipeline at the edge and in the cloud, filtering noise, predicting trends, and delivering actionable occupancy insights.
Display
An interactive 3D dashboard presents live availability across buildings, floors, and individual seats, with AI-powered recommendations for the perfect spot.
Anti-Hoarding
15 Minutes. Then It's Free.
Our detector identifies abandoned seats automatically — no cameras, no privacy trade-offs.
Seat Occupied
IR sensor detects a person sitting at the seat.
15-Minute Timer
If the sensor reads no presence for 15 continuous minutes, the seat is flagged as potentially abandoned.
Staff Alert
Facilities staff receive a real-time notification: seat number, zone, and time since last detected presence.
Lost & Found
Abandoned belongings are collected. The seat is freed and immediately available for the next student.
